Affectionately known as Captain Spark, Johanne Fondrouge is a veritable marketing ninja. Widely recognized for her singular analytical mind, and especially for walking the proverbial mile in her clients’ shoes, she always manages to arrive at solutions that are in synch with their needs.

Aware that actions trigger results, you’ll often see her rolling up her sleeves to work alongside her team. Brimming with energy, she likes to stay a step ahead. She is a visionary who tirelessly challenges the status quo on how we see and do things. Passionate and a gifted communicator, Johanne is rarely at a loss for words. An avowed juggler, she epitomizes agility and flexibility. She is meticulous, and possesses an innate knack for thinking strategically and helping set the right sales and marketing objectives.

Experience
Johanne Fondrouge’s marketing and sales track record spans 25+ years. During that time, she masterminded numerous marcom and market development strategies for various start-ups in Canada, the U.S. and Europe. She founded Thèm concept in 2007, followed by Thèm marketing in 2014, where again she contributed to the success of myriad businesses.

Johanne Fondrouge is actively involved in various professional organizations. Since November 2014, she has been acting as an expert within the Groupement des chefs d’entreprise du Québec (an association of Quebec’s Business Leaders). She has also been a mentor for the Réseau M since June 2016, and she sits on the board of directors of the Association Québécoise de Sports Paralytiques Cérébraux (AQSPC).

Purpose
Johanne espouses a variety of purposes, including inspiring others and giving them wings to soar. It is a mindset that energizes her every day, to shepherd her team, to share her vision with business owners, and to guide her clients in the rollout and fulfillment of influential strategies and ambitious actions plans.

Lauriane is a person who respects her commitments. Once she takes on a project, she sees it all the way through. She’s able to adapt to unforeseen circumstances and overcome obstacles. She works hard to achieve the goals she sets for herself. Lauriane is equally capable of being highly adaptable. She is open and curious. She is constantly looking to better herself, and builds off of her strengths to meet new challenges and excel.

Experience
A Business Administration graduate in International Management from UQAM’s school of management, Lauriane studied a semester abroad in France and completed a community internship in Peru with the AIESEC student association. She worked in the banking industry for several years in customer service where she honed her customer-oriented approach. Following university, Lauriane completed a professional traineeship with a Canadian organization for international cooperation in Peru. There, she worked as a marketing consultant with a local partner. Her international experience has allowed her to become more autonomous and a go-getter.

Purpose
Lauriane has a deep desire to learn. She aspires to grow and continuously learn through the many projects she is assigned.

Claudie is known for her energy and people’s skills. Claudie is very tactful in her dealings with colleagues and can detect their potential and bring them to exploit their professional strengths better. Thanks to her flexibility and strong adaptability skills, Claudie can manage complex situations. She makes a point of finding solutions perfected suited for the situation at hand. Her positive attitude has always helped to go further and achieve your goals. Claudie is a very dedicated and reliable person. Clients and colleagues can always count on her.

Experience
Claudie is a graduate of HEC Montréal and holds a diploma in business administration with a specialization in marketing and project management. During her studies, she took on several extracurricular projects and was involved in several associations. Being hard-working and highly motivated, Claudie has worked throughout her studies, which allowed her to acquire new knowledge and skills, and developed strong sales and marketing skills. She also worked two years at Rona’s head office as operations assistant coordinator and involved in performance analyses. All those experiences have allowed Claudie to refine her sense of initiative, self-reliance and work ethic.

Purpose
To satisfy her constant craving for learning, Claudie wants to acquire new knowledge to carry on more large-scale projects. It’s very important for her to build and maintain relationships. She always wants to help and believes in the power of team spirit for together everything’s possible.

Experience
Catherine holds a degree in Business Administration from HEC Montréal with a specialization in marketing and international affairs. She then gained more experience during her internship in marketing for a company in the food industry before working for a Web marketing agency where she had the opportunity to put her knowledge at work. Then she decided to return to studies and completed her master degree in marketing at the University of Sherbrooke.

Purpose
Thanks to her constant thirst for knowledge and improvement, Catherine aspires to learn more through the various projects she carries out.

Maxime is deeply committed to optimizing and solving problems. Both in his work and in his life, he adeptly combines the rational with the creative, searching through analytical data to find facts and stepping off the beaten path to come up with newer, more effective solutions. He always loves to demonstrate how to do more with less. You can say that Maxime is a web jack of all trades, specializing in the optimization of sites for search engines and online marketing campaigns (SEM / Social Media).

Experience
Maxime managed the Fido.ca website (Rogers Communications) for a number of years. He was also a consultant for small businesses here in Quebec while still working at Fido. His great desire to try something new led him to try working entirely for himself in order to continue to help companies maximize their online presence. Maxime holds a Bachelors in Business Administration, with a marketing focus, as well as a Masters in eCommerce (McGill University and Université de Sherbrooke).

Purpose
Maxime has a passion for cycling and running, and he would like to practice his favourite sports year round and stay connected in order to continue investing in his career—anywhere, anytime.
